'Manifestation' is based on the topic of dreams and how they can reflect our mental states. When I made this work, I was experiencing upsetting dreams. Whilst researching this topic I found it has been suggested dreams can formulate how we are feeling and might be a response to our minds trying to understand our waking life. This project helped to encourage me to check in with how I am feeling with my mental health, and I hope that it can be a reminder for others to do the same.
