Troop
Troop is a growth of photographic forms that have been made without light exposure. They are unique chemigrams that are a part of the project Aortic Deposit (Shack Cooking 6 takes), where unedible parts of an Ox heart were used as a base chemical component to react with the photographic paper. The Ox heart embraced in this work, was almost discarded after a Commercial film shoot in London.
Other chemigram materials included in this work, are toothpaste, old mascara, pickle juice, black and white chemistry, sepia toner concentrate, C41 chemistry, expired Kodak Bromide paper and expired Brovira paper.
The Installation of Troops can grow, shrink, become more clustered, spread or can mould to any space installed.
